Document Description
50-acre commercial shopping center and related traffic improvements. The commercial site when completed will consist of two major tenants, as well as 17 smaller outlying commercial pads and associated parking. More than 3,000 parking spaces would be placed on the property to serve the anchor facilities, restaurants, and stores. A retention basin will be excavated in the southwestern area of the project site, north of Noble Creek. Road improvements will be necessary to accommodate the traffic that will be generated by the proposed project. Oak Valley Parkway is proposed to be widened to its General Plan designated full half-width along the project boundary.
