The demolition of the existing 3.82 million gallon Rawlings Reservoir at 13331 Foothill Boulevard, and the construction of two new 3.0 million gallon concrete domestic water tanks within the same site. Also proposed is an off-site storm drain connection within existing right-of-way adjacent to the site. The proposed project would provide adequate system-wide operational, fire suppression, and emergency storage capacity for the Tustin Water Service Area.
