The subject site consists of one parcel of land totaling approximately 1.49 acres, more or less, and is commonly referred to as Humboldt County Assessor's Parcel Number 312-111-16. The subject parcel is located within the Blue Lake Rancheria. Proposed long-range plans include the construction of a gas station/mini-mart in addition to current uses. If and when the gas station/mini-mart are constructed, the Tribe will comply with applicable laws and procedures. Proposed Activity: No immediate plans for development on this parcel.
