The continued periodic dredging of a sandbar located at the mouth of Goleta Slough, up to a maximum of 25,000 cubic yards (cy) of material annually; the periodic breaching of the mouth of Goleta Slough; and the disposal up to a maximum of 200,000 cy of sediment as beach replenishment into the surf zone east of the mouth of Goleta Slough and at the west end of Goleta Beach County Park.
