The proposed project consists of the transfer of County owned property situated in the western portion of APN 132-0750-001. The portion to be conveyed consists of 884 square feet located west of Ferragamo Way and east of Cortino Way in Elk Grove. The Sacramento County Water Agency plans to quitclaim this portion of their property. The property to be conveyed will be adjacent to the adjacent property owner.
