1. A Use Permit to allow a 17-unit condominium development on 1.43+/- acres in the RD-2 zone. Note: The parcel was previously approved for a 17 unit apartment project (03-PAS-0609) on November 21, 2003, with the project currently under construction.
2. A Waiver from the Requirement for a Subdivision Map (tentative and final) for condominiums, as allowed by the County Land Development Ordinance Title 22, Section 22.20.076.
