The proposed project consists of a Boundary Line Adjustment to modify property line to conform with a proposed agricultural easement. Proposed Parcel A (132.804+/- acres) and proposed Parcel B (162.196+/- acres) are proposed mitigation areas for the proposed Lent Ranch development in the City of Elk Grove. All acreage is intended to remain in agricultural uses.
