Document Description
The Class 2 Permit Modification allows the facility to end its financial guarantees for third-party liability for operation of the wastewater treatment unit. The facility requests this modification because the wastewater treatment unit no longer treats federally regulated hazardous waste. All federally regulated waste has been removed, the liability insurance to address this risk to a member of the public or an on site worker is not longer needed.
