- The State Route 132 and Bird Road Interchange Project consists of constructing of an overcrossing structure over State Route 132 along with on-ramps and off-ramps, and widening State Route 132 within the existing and proposed right-of-way and adjacent properties. Interchange improvements are necessary to improve traffic congestion on State Route 132 by eliminating existing vehicle conflicts caused by the at-grade intersection.
