Sierra College proposes to construct, in multiple phases, a 74,000 s.f. educational/administrative facility and 200 bed employee/student housing apartment complex on a portion of the +/-73.65 acres site known as McIver Hill located in at the southeast quadrant of Interstate 80 (I-80) and State Route 89 (SR 89) in Truckee, California.
