The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification No. SAC-24511-R2, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Family Real Property Limited Partnership as represented by George Carpenter. The project is limited to residential development and associated infrastructure of the 57.4-acre site. Project development will occur in accordance with the South Sacramento Habitat Conservation Plan. The project includes the following components: mass grading, basin grading, and Gerber Creek jack and boring.
