Document Description
The applicant is proposing a division of approximately 17 acres to create 10 parcels and to rezone the property to "SR" Suburban Reserve 1-3 acre minimum. There are serpentine soils on a large portion of the property and a biological survey indicates several 1B listed plant species on the site. A wetland delineation was also completed. An unnamed tributary to Clear Lake crosses the property, a portion of which the applicant proposes to culvert. Public water and on-site sewage disposal are proposed. All parcels have been approved by Environmental Health for either standard or alternative sewage systems. Access is proposed from Hill Road to the west. The site is surrounded by low-density tow-to ten-acre residential lots.
