Document Description
Proposal to legalize and improve the Hog Island Oyster Company facility in Marshall. The proposed project includes the continuation of the existing shellfish processing and sales use as well as new construction, legalization and rehabilitation of existing structures, and related site improvements. the existing "Depot" building would be restored and remodeled to house the Hog Island Oyster Company offices, including 675 square feet of office space and a 555 square foot workshop. The "Marshall Store" building would be restored and enlarged by approximately 400 square feet to accommodate shellfish processing tanks.
