Modifications would include: new patient drop-off area, covered walkway and main lobby, west entry canopy and central courtyard/dining terrace and trellis. parapet signs, building function signs, monument signs, east entrance lobby, roof over existing loading dock, enclosed pedestrian connection/corridor, mechanical systems.
