The project proposes the replacement of a low water crossing of Struve Slough at Harkins Slough Road with a four-lane, vehicle, bicycle, and pedestrian bridge. The roadway approaches to the west and east of the proposed bridge would also be improved in order to conform to the proposed bridge alignment.
