Document Description
SAFCA proposes to transplant a total of 12 shrubs from the east bank of the Sacramento River to a mitigation area on the north bank of the Lower American River. This would help facilitate anticipated flood control projects and reduce the effects on the endangered Valley Elderberry Longhorn Beetle by transplanting the shrubs during their dormant season and increasing the likelihood of survival.
