Document Description
The proposed project is a Tentative Map to subdivide a 42.6 acre parcel of land into 37 residential lots and one open space lot, a Development Review Permit for the development of 30 single family homes in the R2 zone, and one home in the HL zone. A General Plan Amendment and Zone Reclassification is proposed to change a portion of the site that is within the HL zone to Park/Open Space (P/OS) and will be preserved as natural open space.
