Document Description
The proposed project is located east of the main CSU Fresno campus on the northeast corner of Shaw and Chestnut Avenues. The project includes multi-family housing (406,000 square feet; 360 units of basic and workforce housing); senior housing (200,000 square feet; 180 units); 235,000 square feet of space comprised of retail, offices, multi-screen theatre and live/work lofts; a hotel (145,000 square feet, including 240 rooms and 10,000 square feet of meeting space); office space (160,000 square feet; west of Chestnut Ave.); and common roads and infrastructure. On-site parking facilities (2,805 spaces) will be constructed to serve the proposed project.
