Document Description
The Villa Montana project is a proposed 163-unit multi-family apartment project. The project design consists of a four-level structure parking deck bordered on the perimeter by the proposed apartment units. The 163 units would be served by 289 parking spaces resulting in a parking ratio of 1.77 parking spaces per dwelling unit. Access to the parking deck is proposed via an access drive and entrance from Vista Colinas, and an access drive and entrance from Vista Montana.
