Document Description
The project applicant proposes to develop a 7,000 square foot, two-story, single-family home on a 1-ace lot. The first floor will include a large garage with 20 covered parking spaces, proposed primarily for a personal automobile collection. Access will be via a 15-foot wide private access way that will extend and widen an existing 12-foot wide fire acces road from East Trail Drive. Approximately 940 feet of retaining walls will be installed. Graded slopes will be replanted with landscaping. The project will be conditions to use plantable retaining walls.
