The proposed project will be a minor residential subdivision of 48.06 acres that will be split into four parcels measuring 7.97 acres, 12.22 acres, and 15.77 acres. The new parcels will contain pads for single-family residences. The parcels are approved for sewer and water service and will be provided for by the Santa Fe Irrigation District and the Rancho Santa Fe Community Service District. The current zone is RR.5 (Rural Residential), which requires that a net minimum lot size of 2.86 acres be maintained. The entire project will be served by the following districts/agencies: Santa Fe Irrigation District, The Rancho Santa Fe Community Service District, Rancho Santa Fe Fire Protection District, Rancho Santa Fe Elementary and the San Dieguito High School District.
