Document Description
The proposed project includes the demolition of approximately 54,000 square feet of existing commercial uses and the construction of a new mixed-use development with 464 residential condominiums and 39,000 square feet of retail uses (including 20,000 sf of commercial retail and 19,000 sf of restaurant space). The two residential towers will be 23 stories and 15 stories, respectively.
