Document Description
A proposed General Plan Amendment and Prezoning for the Annexation of approximately 51.03 acres, located along the East side of Tozer Street (Road 28), between East Almond Avenue (Avenue 13 1/2) and East Pecan Avenue (Avenue 13). The applications proposed to revise the current Very Low Density Residential (1-2 units per acre), Medium Density Residential (8-15 units per acre) and Neighborhood Commercial plan designations to Low Density Residential (3-7 units per acre) and prezone all properties to R-1, Residential (single family) for the purpose of potential annexation to the City of Madera.
