Document Description
Site Development Permit and Coastal Development Permit to allow for the construction of a Class I and III bike route. The extension of the existing Ocean Beach Bike Path to Hotel Circle Place would be approximately 4,100 lineal feet (LF) to be utilized by both pedestrians and bicyclists. The bikeway would be approximately a 10-foot-wide permanent porous concrete path with an additional two-foot-wide shoulder and/or clear zone on either side. The bikeway extension is located within the San Diego River area. The project alignment is within the OF-1-1, IL-3-1, and the RS-1-1 zones of the Mission Valley Community Planning Area of the City and County of San Diego.
