Document Description
The project includes the construction of 1,357 residential units and 156,800sf of commercial space on two properties (Site 1- 119 acres and site 2- 92 acres). Site 1 is proposed for a mixed use development largely in a horizontal configuration with a mix of single-family homes, multi-family condominiums, live work units, a senior living complex (with independent and assisted living units) and a central commercial shopping village. Site 2 is proposed for higher-density, multi-family development that includes condominiums and apartments as well as the reconfiguration of the Birch Hills Golf Course.
