Document Description
Clinton Street and Miles Avenue are planned to be widened from two to four lanesl, with sidewalks, curb and gutter. This will improve traffic circulation and pedestrian safety. The Whitewater River at Miles Avenue is a low-water crossing that will be replaced by a bridge. This will eliminate closures that currently result from storm flows.
