Document Description
A request by Les Joslin for a General Plan Amendment to create a policy that will allow the leasing of the weapon storage area as an interim use, subject to the approval of necessary environmental clearances. The applicant will bring and remove pyrotechnic materials, which will be stored within the bunkers. No new development will occur on the property. The operations will occur during daylight hours only. There will be an average visit of one truck a day. During the busy season (Mid May through the end of June) there will be three to five visits by these vehicles a day. Access to the facility will be through existing roads only.
