Document Description
The project consists of the creation of a new Peninsula Village Overlay Zone within a portion of the City's main commercial core. The purpose of the overlay zone is to provide for development of a mixed-use village, encouraging a range of housing opportunities in conjunction with the existing and future commercial/office uses. The Penninsula Village Overlay Zone is planned to be a mixed-use urban village combining high-density residences, office/service developments, and retail uses in a pedestrian-oriented environment.
