The proposed project consists of the construction of a Wal-Mart Supercenter, a gas station, and the grading of two out parcels on approximately 28.5 acres. Customer access to the project site would be via one driveway off of China Lake Boulevard and three driveways off Bowman Road. Delivery Truck access would be off of Silver Ridge along the eastern boundary.
