Document Description
The project is referred to as Tentative Parcel Map No. 17375, and Development Permit Type II No. 05-18. The site has been a munition testing facility and a water treatment facility. Those buildings have been torn down; however, building foundations and remnants remain. The site is adjacent to major highways and the railroad tracks, and its planned use is for five warehouse/distribution buildings totaling 2,065,000 square feet.
