Document Description
The proposed project consists of the demolition of structures currently existing on-site and the construction of approximately 160,000 square feet of retail space on the 14.27-acre site. The proposed retail center includes two major tenant stores, two secondary major tenant stores, five shop buildings, a sit-down restaurant, and additional retail shop spaces.
