Document Description
The project proposes a modification to the existing facilities. Existing facilities include a 1-story, 1,767 square foot vicar house; a 1-story, 3,404 square foot social hall; a 1-story, 995 square-foot classroom; and 98 parking spaces. This project will be completed in 3 phases. Phase I proposes the addition of a new 325-seat, 6,027 square foot sanctuary with parking and utility improvements. This phase is anticipated to be completed one year after project approval. Phase II proposes a cosmetic remodel to the existing facilities. This phase is anticipated within 8-10 years after project approval. Phase III proposes an addition of a new, 1-story with basement, 8,800 square foot building to replace the existing building. This building will be used as a classroom, for meetings and storage. This phase is anticipated to be completed 15-17 years after project approval.
