Document Description
The proposed project includes the construction of an approximately 17,272 square foot Rite Aid Drug Store with drive-through pharmacy plus a 5,000 square foot retail building adjacent (attached) to the Rite Aid develoment. Ingress and egress is proposed from Shasta Street and Cascade Boulevard. A total of 112 parking stalls will be provided in addition to landscape improvements. A multi-tenant pylon (pole) sign is proposed. The project site is approximately 2.25 acres in size.
