Document Description
Work consists of replacing the existing standby emergency generators and LPG fuel tanks at check structures, flowmetering facilities, generating/pumping plants, and O&M subcenter. The existing equipment is over 30 years old and has become unreliable, causing extensive downtime. Due to the age of the units, replacement parts have become unavailable, making it impossible to service the units. Replacing the existing equipment will ensure reliable operation of the State Water Project. Beneficiaries are the people of California.
