Document Description
This is a grant to The Nature Conservancy to assist in the acquisition of a conservation easement over 11,190 +/- for the protection of rangeland, oaks, grasslands, and wildlife habitat. The primary purpose of the acquisition is to protect rangeland and wildlife habitat conditions of the property, together with the continued wildlife, water quality, watershed and open space benefits that occur from livestock grazing.
