Document Description
This application to appropriate water by permit is in addition to an existing License (#13524) and a small domestic use certificate (#R651). The new application seeks to add a small hydroelectric generator fed by the diversion used to supply both the license and small domestic use certificate and will be discharged into the off-stream reservoir used for storage under both the license and the small domestic use certificate.
