Reclamation proposes to approve the assignment of Broadview Water District's Central Valley Project water service contract and annexations of lands to Westlands Water District. The Broadview Water District lands will be annexed and up to 27,000 acre feet per year of CVP water will be delivered into Westlands Water District for use on higher value crop lands.
