The proposed project consists of the development of an approximately 1.5 million square-foot major league baseball stadium with a maximum seating capacity of 36,000 seats, a parking structure, and a future commercial development site on approximately 14 acres in the City of San Jose. The project site generally extends from West Fernando Street south to West San Carlos Street, and from South Autumn Street west to the union pacific railroad tracks.
