Document Description
The current project is to extend the expiration date of the tentative map for the term of the DA for the previously approved Tentative Subdivision Map. The entitlements required are as follows: 1. A Development Agreement (DA) to extend the expiration date of previously approved Tentative Subdivision Map 2004-0534 known as the Murphy Project. The DA contains the following items requested by the County: 1. The development of the Project shall be consistent with the Avoidance and Minimization Measures (AMMs) and preserve strategy contained in the South Sacramento Habitat Conservation Plan (SSHCP). 2. An Improvement Implementation Agreement for Transportation Improvements be included in the DA.
