A Special Development Permit to allow an affordable housing density bonus consisting of 80 additional single-family lots distributed within the proposed RD-3 zoned area. 4. An Affordable Housing Plan consisting of on-site dedication of a 4.0-acre site, Lot "A." (portion of property proposed for RD-20 zoning) for affordable housing units, and payment of an affordability fee.
