Document Description
The proposed project is the acquisition of the two parcels by the District. The property is intended for use as an overflow parking facility and a vehicle turnaround at the Pioneer Elementary School. There are structures on the property that may continue to be used as a rental for a period of time. Eventually the structure may be used for extra storage, a library, fund raising events, or community college classes; however, the actual potential uses have not been determined. Once a site plan has been completed, the improvements would undergo a separate environmental review, if these improvements are defined as a project under CEQA.
