Document Description
The San Joaquin Council of Governments (SJCOG) is the CEQA Lead Agency and has prepared a supplemental programmatic EIR (PEIR) for the Measure K Renewal Expenditure Plan. SJCOG certified a PEIR in 2004 for the Regional Transportation Plan (RTP). The RTP PEIR analyzed potential projects (Tier 1A) that might be included in a future transportation sales tax expenditure plan. This supplemental PEIR analyzes aspects of the sales tax expenditure plan not known or otherwise analyzed in the 2004 PEIR. This PEIR does not propose any changes to the currently adopted RTP. The specific projects in the Expenditure Plan are located through San Joaquin County.
