Document Description
The proposed project has four elements, all of which will be included in the revision of the SWFP and TPR as follows: 1) Expansion of the permitted Transfer Station boundary; 2) expansion of the tipping building; 3) increase of the permitted tonnage and traffic volume; and 4) remodel of the scale area. The purpose of the project is to improve the efficiency of the operation and to update the design and capacity of the facility.
