The proposed project would construct a new twl level, 142,000 gsf, facility to provide expanded and improved facilities for student athletic programs' athlete, training and development. The new facility, immediately west of California Memorial Stadium, would allow those programs to vacate their existing space in the seismically "Poor" Stadium structure, which will enable seismic improvements of the Stadium.
