The proposed actions include the development or redevelopment of several sites in the southeast corner of the UC Berkeley campus. The overall program for the Integrated Projects includes 451,000 net new GSF of academic and support space and 300 net new parking spaces in the southeast campus area. The seven projects that comprise the Integrated Projects are as follows: - California Memorial Stadium (CMS) Seismic Corrections and Program Improvements - Law and Business Connection building - School of Law Program Improvements - Renovation and Restoration of the houses at 2222 to 2240 Piedmont Avenue - Parking Structure and Sports Field at the current site of Maxwell Family Field - Southeast Campus and Piedmont Avenue Landscape Improvements - Haas School of Business Program Improvements
