Document Description
The approved project is for a 70 unit single family subdivision located in the Hiddenbrooke community. The residential component of the project would be constructed on approximately 12 acres with the remainder of the site acreage (29+ acres) being dedicated to the City of Vallejo for open space (conservation easement). Included as part of the project is a staging area for the Greater Vallejo Recreation District; possible uses for this staging area are a public trailhead, equestrian parking lot, and a tot-lot playground.
