The 2.04-acre portion of the overall project site will be rezoned from IL (Industrial, General) to CG (Commercial, General) and the remaining 46.45-acre site will be rezoned from IL to RL (Residential, Low Density). The 46.45-acre site will be subdivided into 372 lots and will be developed into 358 single-family residences under Planned Unit Residential Development.
