Glenn-Colusa Irrigation District will convey (wheel) 1,470 acre-feet of Bureau of Land Management water from it's Main Pump Station located at Sacramento River Mile 206 to the Fish and Wildlife Services' (FWS) Conservation Easement Lands within the Willow Creek division of the Willow Creek-Lurline Wildlife Management Area located within WCMWC Service Area.
