The project consists of a management plan for creeks and wetlands located throughout the City of Santa Cruz and amendments to the City's Zoning Ordinance to reflect provisions in the plan. The proposed Management Plan recommends development setbacks and development standards for development adjacent to City watercourses, and outlines a process for permitting development adjacent to watercourses.
