- The purpose of the project is to install a pipeline beneath an unnamed channel that will connect from the South County Regional Wastewater Authority (SCRWA) Treatment Plant to the existing South County Recycled Water Pipeline (SCRWP) Project Phase 1A, and to install a pipeline within the West Luchessa Ave. public right of way and beneath Uvas Creek from Monterey Road to Thomas Road the CDFW is executing Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2016-0325-R3 pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the Project Applicant, Katherine Oven, Santa Clara Valley Water District.
